The Challenge

Our Process

1. Stone assessment: Identified travertine type, etching degree, and grout condition before recommending a treatment plan.
2. Deep cleaning: pH-neutral stone-safe solution applied and agitated to remove embedded soil and calcium deposits.
3. Hole filling: Unfilled travertine voids filled with color-matched grout for a smooth even surface.
4. Honing: Diamond abrasive honing removed surface etching and scratches.
5. Polishing: High-speed polishing restored the natural warm glow of the travertine.
6. Sealing: Premium penetrating sealer applied to protect against future staining and etching.
